The Next 7 Days

I successfully avoided alcohol, caffeine, sugar and flour this week. It was not too bad, not too bad. Today I had the pleasure of shopping for the upcoming week. Three stores, lots o' veggies. Here's my loot:

And here's the plan:

Breakfast
Lemon juice and hot water
1 cup decaf green tea
UltraShake

Morning Snack
1 cup UltraBroth
Another UltraShake (if hungry)

Lunch
2 cups or more of steamed or lightly sauteed veggies
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup fruit or berries for dessert
UltraShake (optional)

Afternoon Snack
1 cup UltraBroth
UltraShake (if hungry)

Dinner
4-6 ounces fish or chicken breasts cooked with olive oil & lemon juice OR 4-6 ounces tofu or legumes (spiced up)
2 cups or more of steamed or lightly sauteed veggies
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup UltraBroth

The UltraShake involves almond milk, nut butter, flax oil, flaxseeds and fruit. I'm making the UltraBroth from onion, carrots, radishes, squash, parsnips, turnips, kale, turnip greens, celery, seaweed, cabbage, ginger, garlic, shiitake mushrooms and sea salt. It smells delicious.

Each night I will enjoy the UltraBath. That's 2 cups of Epsom salts, 1 cup of baking soda and 10 drops of lavender oil in bathwater as hot as I can tolerate. Twenty minutes then straight to bed. It all sounds divine if you ask me.
